This is a comprehensive list of The Sims 4 cheats that will help you get money, avoid death, and change your Skill and Career levels. Cheats for getting to Work and other Expansion Packs are also available.

For expansion-specific details, scroll to the bottom of the page. More official EA cheats have been added, including ignoring career unlocks and MoveObjects!

How to Use Cheats in Sims 4

To use cheats, turn the console on and off by pressing Control + Shift + C. On an Xbox or Playstation, you do this by clicking all four shoulder buttons at the same time. After typing the cheat, hit enter. Many cheats need the use of testingcheats or they will not work. In live mode, the majority of cheats are used (F2).

Pregnancy and Multiple Birth Cheats

You can easily Try for a Baby with relationship cheats, then use a cheat once the Sim is pregnant to drive the Sim into labour. You may also use a hack to get twins, triplets, quadruplets, and other multiples. This can be found near the end of the Pregnancy Guide, or if you’re looking for pregnancy cheats.

Cheats to Make a Sim a Ghost

Cheats to transform a Sim into a ghost of some kind, depending on the death form, can be found in the Ghosts guide. You can also skip Ambrosia or the Book of Life and transform a Sim who has died into a regular Sim by removing the ghost attribute until they’ve been re-added to your family.

Testing Cheats

Open the console with Left CTRL+Shift+C (press/hold with one fluid motion in that order) or by pressing all four shoulder buttons on the console to allow TestingCheats. Form testingcheats on into the white box that appears. Type testingcheats off to turn off the testing cheat. “Cheats Enabled” or “Disabled” will be shown on the cheat console.

If that doesn’t work, try testing cheats 1, testingcheats real, or testingcheats .yes, which will allow the Sims 4’s testing cheats. They should stay on for the duration of your savings once they’ve been allowed. Here are some of the things you can do with testingcheats; keep in mind that this command is also needed for the additional cheats mentioned below.

On PS4/Xbox Consoles, How to Use Shift-Click Style Cheats –

On the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, shift-clicking is not possible. This choice is enabled by pressing X+O (PS4) or A+B (PS3) (Xbox One).

To access the cheat to avoid a Sim’s need decay for your current household or the entire neighbourhood, Shift-Click the Mailbox (effectively make everyone happy).

When you disable Need Decay, your needs will stop dropping, and you can re-enable them by selecting “Enable Need Decay.” Make Happy will then meet all of your requirements. Shift-Clicking Your Sims will allow you to do this on a per-sim basis.

This allows you to choose whether to keep just Sim’s needs unchanged or to make them happy by meeting all of their needs.

By shifting-clicking a Sim and selecting Modify in CAS, you can fully redesign them. This will take you to Create-A-Sim, where you can alter the Sim’s appearance but not their gender or traits.

Change Traits and Appearance of Sims

Form cas. fulleditmode with Testing Cheats On to completely edit a Sim in Create-a-Sim. This allows you to adjust the gender, traits, and everything else, and it’s a lot more versatile than the scaled-down version you get if you don’t use this cheat. Thank you for providing this detail.

You can connect NPC Sims to your household by Shift-Clicking them. You’ll discover that you can enable/disable need decay and make your Sims happy if you want to – useful if your Sim’s date has to quit due to exhaustion! If you prefer, you can edit them in CAS.

Shift-Clicking the Ground will allow you to Teleport to any location in the neighbourhood where you might walk. If something gets stuck or breaks, Shift-Clicking Objects helps you to reset it.

For those that can get dirty, Shift-Clicking Objects helps you to render them dirty or clean; all objects can also be reset. This is helpful if an item is broken, but it’s more likely to come in handy if a Sim freezes.

The Sims 4 Cheats – Grow objects bigger or shrink them

Customize the scale of products – Enlarge or Shrink – This one is a winner for decorative purposes. It enables you to change objects while keeping their other characteristics (so a masterpiece painting shrunk down will consume less wall space).

Since adjusting object size necessitates being able to fit it anywhere, this cheat only works in build mode. To enlarge an object, press Shift + ] (right bracket) while holding down the Shift key. Objects can be shrunk to one tile by pressing Shift and then moving the object to see the difference.

This is important. Thankfully, if you go too far, as in the example above, you can still undo it and reduce the object to the desired size.

Powerful Hidden Cheats

We’ve just included the most popular cheats in this article. More advanced features, such as the ability to Equip and Remove Traits, can be added, but the list is too long to fit on this tab, so it will be moved to a separate page.

If you want to take it a step further and use a mod, you can change the weather in Seasons and even change whether or not a Sim is pregnant.

Money X

Type any number, such as $50,000 or $1,000,000, and your family will receive the exact amount. Since it sets the money to whatever sum you specify, it can be used to deduct funds. Motherlode is a fantastic cheat as well.

Some cheats will not function without it, so testingcheats on should be allowed. Cheats for skills and careers only affect the selected Sim.

Satisfaction/Aspiration Cheats – Type Aspirations.Complete_Current_Milestone

Complete the current milestone with Aspirations. Complete Current Milestone and you’ll move on to the next, one step closer to the unique Reward Trait you get for completing the Aspiration. You should keep doing this until you have every Reward attribute as well as a lot of satisfaction.

It’s already been mentioned, but it’s worth repeating: Sims. Give Satisfaction Points gives the selected Sim the specified amount of satisfaction. give satisfaction points sims. give satisfaction points You’d get 50,000 if you put in 50000. (so do not use commas).

Infinite Consumables

One-time-use potions can be purchased with confidence. You can also get a potion that increases a Sim’s lifespan by milking Cow Plants that have destroyed Sims.

Using the pieces, you can render these consumables infinite. objects.consumables_infinite_toggle Make a ruse. This can be used to ensure that a Sim receives a certain Emotion at all times, or to make a Sim immortal while still ageing.

Careers Cheats

To cheat career levels, enter the desired career and form

Careers. promote X with testingcheats allowed – for example, careers. promote astronaut will promote the Sim to the next stage of the Astronaut career.

There should be no spaces in any Careers with multiple words, such as careers. promote secret agents. careers. demote X also works, causing a Sim to revert a level. You can’t use this to return to your job branch if you’re at the first level of a branch, you’ll be fired if you use it. If you’re not sure which division you want to pursue,

Adding and Removing Cheats via Command:

Careers may be added or removed with the careers.add_careercode or careers.remove_career. These can be used to provide an adult job for a teenager, but things can go wrong – particularly with Freelancer Careers. Before doing something out of the ordinary, always make a backup of your saved game!

If you’re not familiar with this trick, copy the command below for the profession you’re in – just the careers. promote x part – and paste it into the game’s command line with Control – V to quickly get several promotions (Command-V on Mac). Copy and paste it until you reach level 10!

School Cheats

Careers may be used to improve Sim’s grades. Encourage students to continue their education or pursue a career. High school should be promoted.

You may also lower them by changing occupations. Grade school/high school should be degraded. careers. promote grade school or careers. promote highschool. You can lower them as well with careers. demote grade school/high school.

Skill Cheats

Stats.Set_Skill_Level is the skill cheat.  If you cannot get skill cheats to work try stats.set_skill_level adultmajor_x instead of just ‘major’. You can find _ near the backspace key on your keyboard.

With testing cheats on, type Stats.set_skill_level major_handiness  make handiness 10. Before the name of the skill, notice the Major_. You will see the 10 popups if you did that. If you want to see what unlocks at each level, read or change the linked guide by 1 every time you can view new levels of knowledge.

Copy statistics to maximize all capabilities easily. stats.set_skill_level major_ and add it to your in-game command console. Complete your ability command, then the stage. Fitness does not work, so you must copy this section.

Emotion Cheats

This includes the AllCheats of TwistedMexi, but we would like to mention it here regularly. Emotion can also be marginally influenced by adding buffs to Sims, although you may like happy or other boosts to bring them in “Most Inspired” (Mortified).  Use Sims.add_buff X, for example Sims.add_buff social_happy.

• EnergizedLow or EnergizedHigh (do not stack, high gives +2 Energized)

Trait, Reward & Aspiration Reward Cheats

Sims, Satisfaction Point Rewards and aspirations may have characteristics fitted. Traits.equip_trait X or Traits.Remove_trait X.Almost everyone here can find Trait Cheats. Most of them are just character name, but this is not always the case. For instance, it is:

• Traits.equip_trait Active – the regular trait, active
• Traits.equip_trait Antiseptic – Hygiene decays at half rate (Reward)
• Traits.equip_trait EpicPoet – If you’re looking for a Poetic to make the Book of Life, this one is named oddly
• Traits.equip_trait Hardlyhungry – Hunger decays at half rate
• Traits.equip_trait Independent – Social decays at half rate
• Traits.equip_trait Neverweary – Never Weary, which makes Energy deplete at half the usual rate.
• Traits.equip_trait SteelBladder – Bladder won’t decay
• Traits.equip_trait Webmaster – Webmaster
• Reward trait for completion of the Computer Whiz Aspiration

Relationship cheat

By using your last goals in the first modify relationship yoursimfirst your last targets first targets last x relationship type. The relationship type is either LTR_Friendship_main or LTR_Romance_Main. With Cats and Dogs, you use LTR_SimtoPet_Friendship_Main, which won’t work if the pet has no last name.

X is the percentage of the bar, either full, half, or half into the red (negative numbers). Friendship Main with Cats and Dogs. This doesn’t work if your pet doesn’t have a last name. The X is the whole or half of the bar in the red (negative numbers). Although several different names of relationships exist, these are all variations.

• modify relationship Bella Goth Fluffy Goth 100 LTR_SimtoPet_Friendship_main – Make Bella friends with her pet if playing Cats and Dogs.

• modify relationship Bella Goth Mortimer Goth 100 LTR_Romance_main – They’re now soulmates if they have a high friendship level as well

Enter the truth at the end of these cheats, so that the perk. This makes cheats necessary, and more required.

Get Famous Cheats

Get Famous has several cheats through the GUI between testing cheats. Shift the click on Sims and the ‘Public Profile’ menu can be used to improve the reputation of the celebrity and to tweak its good or bad image or even freeze its fame and delete special tricks. To reset fame benefits, you have to do it for $275 on your phone.

The actor’s work, performance skills and media production are all covered in their respective categories. stats.set_skill_level major_acting 10, stats.set_skill_level minor_mediaproduction 5, careers.promote actor or, for children, careers. promote drama club for example.

Dine Out Cheats

To get to Works Retail, the following cheats were collected based on the style of the GTW Cheats for The Sims 4 Dine Out Game Pack. I noticed the same code works, I had just had to monitor their name in the files. You will notice that they differ. They differ. Notice that meals can be used every 24 hours, and surplus harvest can be used. You can need to carry in or for those including extra staff or ingredient discounts. You can take cute tippers many times, however, I am not sure if anything special needs to be done to add additional ranks.

How to Make a Sim a Vampire

stats.set_stat commodity_BecomingVampire 2160 will begin the natural conversion process, while traits.equip_trait trait_OccultVampire will make them vampire immediately. To remove the vampire trait and revert a Sim, use traits.remove_trait trait_OccultVampire. You can use these cheats to convert Sims from the Gallery.

How to Unlock Vampire Perks

stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593 will maximize your Vampire Rank and provide you with 2 PowerPoints when each code is entered. After opening the cheats panel in your game, copy it from here and use control+V for repeated paste. More specific vampire cheats can be found on the wiki of TwistedMexi. He discovered these and allowed me to share them with you.

Parenthood Cheats

 in The Sims 4 Parenthood has new parenthood, and statistics are available. The stats.set_skill_level major_parenting X  – it is in the top skills listed above.

Character Values Cheat

Children and adolescents should have experience in five different values ranging from -100 to 100 (bad or good). You may set these manually so that they obtain reward traits that match the morals, ways and so on when Sim grows old to adulthood. You set them as example stats.set_stat lifeskillstatistic_empathy 100, as an example of stats.set_stat lifeskillstatistic_conflictresolution -100

Reward Traits for Character Values

New qualities of character Reward traits are won when children and adolescents are up to the age of adults, and if you have a bad one you can add or remove them from your Sim.

You may have the good in one of the five categories in certain situations, but you cannot fit the bad at the same time. The traits. equip trait x and traits. remove trait x are introduced and removed.

For specifics about what each of them does for your Sims, see the related Character Values Guide. A list of values and pairs of character values and two examples are provided:

The Sims 4 Cats and Dogs Cheats

Cats and Dogs offer a few ways to cheat. For one, you can raise the skills listed above (in-game code of Major_veterinarian and Skill_Dogtraining).

You can also cheat to unlock Veterinarian Clinic perks. Here’s the full list of codes to unlock them. After enabling testing cheats you’d type bucks.unlock_perk AdditionalVet_1 true to unlock the additional veterinarian. Note the _ as well as spaces between unlock_perk and true.

Seasons Cheats

The Sims 4 Seasons Expansion Pack does not offer many careers or skills to cheat (only three are listed on the Career and Skill Cheats sections) but it’s possible to Cheat to change the weather with a mod. You can also equip your Sim with the scouting aptitude reward trait and other rewards from the DLC.

StrangerVille

The Game Pack of Sims 4 Strangerville includes only a few cheats and the possibility of gathering evidence through the display of hidden objecting in purchase mode.

Island Living Cheats

The Sims 4 Island Living This guide will bring it all in one position while others in their categories are listed elsewhere on the web. This pack also included part-time jobs and you can now take them as a young adult through the elder when they used to be teens alone.

It is pretty easy to cheat them, they have the prefix PartTime_ so you’d type careers. promote PartTime_Lifeguard to promote your Sim in the Lifeguard job.

Realm of Magic Cheats

Realm of Magic contains several unusual cheats. You can increase the Rank of Spring Chef, learn Springs and Potion Recipes through a buy debug, add or remove curses to a single RoM feature like the Magic Bloodline. Here’s a magical realm of cheats that you probably find helpful.

Eco Lifestyle Cheats

Nifty Knitting Cheats

For Nifty Knitting there are two big Sims 4 scams, but not enough to make a unique website.

First, you can cheat on the use of the stats.set_skill_level major_knitting 10 to improve the knitting ability. Also, all unlocking of CAS components can be overcome.

See also that the closet needs to be fitted with level 10 knitting clothes. CAS.UnlockByTag SP17 lets you get around this. This allows your Sim to wear any robe when all of them are unlocked.

As a reminder, bb.ShowHiddenObjects can be used in the Build/Buy catalogue to show building mode pieces and decorative objects.

Snowy Escape Cheats

There are some Snowy Escape-specific cheats. traits.equip_trait and traits.remove_trait commands. Use traits.equip_trait trait_Lifestyles_adrenalineseeker to add the Adrenaline Seeker Lifestyle to your Sim.

If you can’t get wicked

Many cheats need cheats to be tested. Make sure that you first did testing cheats. It works mostly from live/construction/construction modes, as many don’t work on the map. You should pause by pressing the tilde (‘) or the pause icon.

When the time comes, the left CTRL-key must first be pressed and held, then Shave and C in that order to open the console in the first place, without dropping any of the keys. This is supposed to be a steady, fluid movement. Second, cheats have to be exactly typed.
