Cease Fire Quest Dialogue
I'm stumped today, warrior. There are good people who need to escape the city. The closest they can get is through the Avenue of Death, but there are snipers overlooking the whole area. One kid told me that if you shoot a signal flare there, the snipers should let you pass through, in that particular spot. But who knows if the kid was lying? Maybe he's trying to lead us to death. how do we find out if it's true that the snipers will stop firing after the signal... I got a couple flares lying around, why don't you go check it out, eh?

Guide To Complete The Cease Fire Quest
In simple words, in this quest, you need to fire the green flare into Kimov Street to signal snipers to stop and extract from that location to complete the mission.
You must exit the Streets of Tarkov using the “Klimov Street” extraction and have the “survived” status in order to complete this quest. You must fire a green flare into the sky while standing inside the signal flare area for the extraction to begin.
A notification will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen as you enter the signal flare area, reading Klimov Street Signal. The flare must ascend to a specific height in order for the extractor to open. You can choose between using a 26x75mm green flare cartridge shot from a signal pistol or the handheld RSP-30 green flare delivered by Jaeger via in-game mail.
Use the portable RSP-30 green flare with caution if you want to avoid having it land behind you. Aim it upwards but not too far. If required you may purchase extra flares from Jaeger. Gain at least 200 EXP in the raid (via killing or looting) or stay in the raid for at least 7 minutes before extracting to avoid the “run through” status.
