Epic Games is offering refunds to players who purchased the Craggy Champion skin between May 6 and May 8 that cost players 1200 v-bucks. The skin was released in the Item Shop with a different face model than what was shown in promotional images.

To request a refund, players can follow the steps below.
- Launch the game on any platform you are using.
- Go to ‘Account and Privacy
- Select Return or Cancel Purchase
- Select the item you want to refund. In this case, the Craggy Champion skin.
- Click the button to Submit a Return
- Request and use your ticket
- Click Yes to confirm your ticket.
You are good to go! The process is not very complicated but please note that it is irreversible. If the Craggy Champion skin interests you later on, you will have to purchase it again when it is available in the item shop.
Epic Games has not said why the face model for the Craggy Champion skin was changed. However, some players have speculated that the change was made due to complaints from players who felt that the original face model was too similar to the face model for the Renegade Raider skin.
