Cyberpunk’s main mission has some objectives that players have to complete. In Cyberpunk 2077, the pickup mission features an optional purpose that requires players to remove a virus from a chip. The game does not provide enough objectives, so you must work it out.

How to Remove Chip Virus in Cyberpunk 2077 Pickup Mission?
After you start the mission, you first need to open the main menu and navigate to the shards tab. It is under the “Journal” on the right side of the interface. It will bring a list of available shards.
You need to select Militech Datashard that will be used in this process. Press the input that appears on the screen to “Crack security.” Players will now have to face a hacking mini-game that centers around picking entries from Code Matrix on the left so that they appear on Buffer on the right.
You have to recreate the sequence displayed below the buffer, and it is possible to input them both simultaneously. It is because the Copy Malware sequence begins with the same entry that Neutralize Malware sequence begins with they can be combined.
Copy Malware and Neutralize Sequence – Pickup Mission: Cyberpunk 2077
You need to enter the Copy Malware Sequence: BD BD FF 55, and then you need to enter the last two entries from Neutralize Malware Sequence: 1C E9.
This will set the Buffer to BD BD FF 55 1C E9. When you finish the string, the “Remove the virus from the chip” optional objective will disappear. The chip will come into play later in the mission.
