You need to complete the Ada-1’s Threader bounties, which cost 10,000 Glimmer each, after completing the bounties you can obtain Synthweave. You can utilize Synthweave to make Universal Ornaments for any Legendary armor item you’ve unlocked in your Collections after you have 100 of the material.

Sometimes, Synthweave is included in bundles with other cosmetic products. This item is not a season pass reward and is never offered for Bright Dust.

How to use Synthweave Destiny 2?

By dealing with the Appearance Customization menu and hovering over the armor piece you want to transmog, you can use Synthweave in Destiny 2. Holding down the key will unlock the object and use one Synthweave (F on PC).
