What are Upgrade Benches in Fortnite

All Upgrade Bench Locations in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2

The upgrading bench can be found at almost every Season 2 island POI. However, you should be aware that the upgrading bench is completely absent in the Snow Biome, very adjacent to the vicious Bastion and Lonely Labs. On the eastern and western edges of the island, your chances of finding an Upgrade Bench soon are the highest.

There are a total of 13 upgrade benches on the Fortnite map in the following locations.

• West of Crude Harbor
• At the Beep ‘n Bounce gas station
• In the southernmost building of Breakwater Bay
• In the largest house to the west of The Citadel
• In the south-west building just off the marketplace of Anvil Square
• Inside the gas station in north Slappy Shores
• On the platform north of Shattered Slabs
• At the largest barn in northwest Frenzy Fields
• In the garage, Slap’N Go gas station
• South-West of Mega City
• In the Fallow Fuel gas station
• In the northwest side of Drift Ridge, north of Mega City
• West of Hitches And Ditches, in the gas station

How To Use An Upgrade Bench

Now that we’ve gotten the upgrade bench locations here’s how to use the upgrade bench to your advantage.

To use an Upgrade Bench, all you have to do is approach it and hold the weapon you want to upgrade. Once you have approached the Upgrade Bench, a message will appear asking you if you want to upgrade the weapon, along with the price for the change.

Another thing that is important to note is that upgrading your weapon will cost you some gold it is also important to have a good amount of gold with you when you’re going to upgrade your weapon.

The rarer your weapon is the more gold it will cost you check below for some of the prices in gold you’ll have to part with to enhance your weapon.
