In Destiny 2 the Conflux is located in the Nessus however you cannot able to find it on the game map. You need to head over to the Cistern Landing Zone in Arcadian Valley and then reach the Well of Flame.
Once you reach the Well of Flame and hover over the Conflux Lost Sectors icon and it will be revealed automatically.

Once go inside the cave you find complete the lost sector challenges in which you need to take down the Cabal enemies. So after clearing the area, you can access the Lost Sectors Chest to get the rewards and unlock new Runes in the game.
