Ranking every Animal Crossing villager is nearly impossible, as every player has their own opinions and preferences. Comparing every villager is not the most helpful idea, short of knowing who is the best.
In this article, I have made a tier list for each species rather than every Animal Crossing New Horizon villager. However, it is an opinionated tier list. I have made this list based on their home style, community popularity, appearance, and catchphrase.
Each Tier meaning in New Horizons 2.0
- S Tier: Above average from all tiers. Everyone wants them on their island.
- A-Tier: A great villager. It is better to add them to your island.
- B-Tier: Above Average. Few qualities make them superior to the average villager
- C-Tier: Average Villager. They have no special qualities that stand out.
- D-Tier: Villagers in this tier are just okay.
Animal Crossing Anteater Tier List
The anteaters are either downright unpleasant or uninteresting. Snooty is the embodiment of an arrogant personality, and Cyrano goes around sneezing with you with every sentence.
Anabelle is the lone standout since she looks like a pangolin and comes with a starting shirt. Olaf is also noticeable as its qualities stand out from other villagers.
