How to Unlock Shakkei Pavilion Domain
To get started first you need to complete the Tatara Tales quest in this quest you need to break all the barriers that surround the Tatarasuna area. To begin the questline you need to interact with the following NPC Toranosuke and Miyuki at the Kujou Encampment in Kannazuka.
Following are the locations of the cannons that you need to activate during the Tatara Tales questline.
First Location of the Cannon
Second Location of the Cannon
Third Location of Cannon
At the same point of the quest, you will activate Kamuijima Cannons to destroy the barrier. One of the cannons you can use to destroy the giant rock that blocks the entrance of the Shakkei Pavilion domain. Below image shows the location of the Shakkei Pavillion domain.
Once you destroy the rock that blocks the Shakkei Pavilion you can reach to the entrance using the water boat. After completing the Shakkei Pavilion you will get Primogems and Electro Sigils as rewards.
