How do I download Custom Designs in Animal Crossing
There are two easy ways to import custom designs into your copy of Animal Crossing:
Using QR codes and NookLink on your smartphone
Hardcore Animal Crossing fans who have spent hours crafting personalized designs in New Leaf and Happy Home Designer will not lose their favorite patterns when upgrading to the Switch version. You may import your existing designs into New Horizons using the NookPhone app NookLink.
Using codes in-game
If the design contains a textual code rather than a QR code, you will have to wait till your island has a permanent Able Sisters’ shop. Once they’ve settled in, utilize the Custom Design kiosk at the back of the store to look for the design by design code or creator code.
