In practically any RPG, leveling up is vital, but in a CRPG as complex and brutal as Baldur’s Gate 3, being underleveled may make several elements of the game essentially impossible.
Each level grants you crucial skill points as well as the ability to acquire new talents for in and out of battle. If you are overly focused on completing the main plot, you will eventually reach a wall and need to level up before you can advance.
How to level up fast in BG3
There are multiple ways to level up fast in Baldur’s Gate 3, some more obvious than others. Where should you begin?
Earn XP
In Baldur’s Gate 3, you get experience for almost everything: battling foes, completing missions, locating and unlocking treasure boxes, solving riddles, and so on. Obviously, you’ll want to gain as much experience as possible. While it may appear that bypassing certain tasks would be faster, if you want to level up rapidly, you’ll need to perform almost everything.
Kill enemies
Killing enemies is crucial as you’ll need to kill everything you can if you want to level up fast. Depending on your personality, you may be inclined to talk your way out of a disagreement. Don’t. You’ll have to make compromises if you want to level up quickly. And you’ll gain far more experience by killing creatures than by chatting your way out of situations.
Complete quests
Because this is an RPG, you’ll want to complete every mission possible if you want to progress rapidly. There are main missions, side quests, and every quest. You must carry them out. The wonderful part is that you’ll gain some cool items in addition to XP for doing both main and side missions, so there’s no excuse not to complete both. Furthermore, completing tasks will assist you in locating foes to slay. It’s a win-win situation.
Explore
Exploration is essential if you want to locate all of the adversaries and missions possible, and it will reward you with XP simply for exploring its vast universe and discovering new locations. By exploring, you’ll also discover a plethora of goods, vaults, and riddles, all of which provide experience.
