There are many methods that you can use to debuff the spell rot in bg3. You can use the remove the curse spell and transmit the curse to others.
Use Remove Curse Spell
You can simply select the spell to remove the curse. You can remove curse spells from different classes. Such as Cleric, Warlock, Wizard, Paladin, and Oath of Devotion. These classes not only help you to remove the spell rot curse but other curses are also removed if you have attended any of the classes.
However, you are cursed with the spell rot curse, so whenever you use any other spell you have to deal with damage. When you use any other debuff to remove the spell rot curse, you have to face the necrotic damage. So when you try the debuff spell, you have to deal with the 2 -12 Necrotic damage every time. Leave the Sewers Area

You have to visit the sewer area in the lower city area of Baldur’s Gate 3. There you will find the zombie’s tombs and some other areas as well that will take the curse on themselves.
