Acquire MS2000 Markers
The first step in completing the Scrap Metal task is to acquire three MS2000 markers. These markers can be purchased from the Prepper in Escape from Tarkov. To do this, head over to the Prepper and click on the LS icon on the right-hand side of the screen. The MS2000 markers are located here, and you will need to purchase three of them.

The next step is to mark the three T-90 tanks located on the Shoreline map. Above we share the locations on the Shoreline map of all three tanks.
The first tank is located just above the resort, next to the Old Rock Passage X-Road.
The second tank is located in the center of the map, near the power station. This tank is often referred to as the “drunk tank” because it has crashed off the bridge.
The third tank is located on the left-hand side of the map, near the town and the extract point.
To mark the tanks, use the MS2000 markers you purchased in step one. Simply approach each tank and use the marker to mark it.
Once you have marked a tank, you do not need to mark it again unless you die before completing the task. If you die while the green text indicating you marked a tank is on your screen, you will need to mark that tank again.
Survive the Extract
Once you have marked all three tanks, the final step is to survive the extract. This means making your way to the extract point without dying. The extract point for this task is located near the third tank you marked. However, be careful as extract campers may be lurking around the area.
