Hogwarts Legacy: All Charles Rookwood Trials Guide

The players will be able to introduce the Keeper, Charles Rookwood after finishing the first trial in Hogwarts Legacy.

Then you will know that the descendant of Charles Rookwood is engaged with the villain Ranrok to threaten the wizarding world then you have to complete the second trial on the demand of Charles Rookwood as soon as possible.

If you are a player then you have to search the painting for Charles Rookwood at the beginning of this trial which will be very difficult for you because the Supporters and Goblins are protecting this castle and they might be harmful to you.

How To Enter the Castle of Charles Rookwood in Hogwarts Legacy

The Castle of Charles Rookwood is in the Feldcroft Region and you have to fight against powerful and strong enemies if you want to enter into this castle. After defeating the enemies you have to find a box using the Revelio.

Then you are suggested to use the spell Wingardium Leviosa to pull the box from the underpart of the broken wall and then cast the spell Levioso to open it and jump. After jumping onto it, you will reach the castle’s grounds.

After entering the Castle of Charles Rookwood, you will get help from Professor Fig to fight against the enemies. You should know that the painting is hidden behind a closed door so you have to search for it. To unlock the door you have to uncover three sigils on the wall and smash them at the same time.

All Trials of Charles Rookwood In Hogwarts Legacy

If you are playing this as a student then you have to complete four trials of Charles Rookwood.

Part 1

The first step is a very easy one compared to others. At first, you have to climb the stairs and go to the right, then you have to search the traces of Ancient Magic to turn on the doorway and spawn the cube and you should ignore the tall pillars.

Then once again use the spell Wingardium Leviosa to pull the cube under the platform and cast the spell Levioso on the cube and climb on it to go to the second trial.

Alternatively, you are also able to figure out the puzzle by using both the pillar and the cube:

For that, go through the portal to the blue side very well and see if the pillar transforms into a cube in a second or not. If you see to transform it then you have to pull it to the portal’s red side and attach the two cubes on top of each other to climb.

Part 2

You have to stand in front of the portal to smash the sigil to rotate it. After doing that you will see an unmovable pillar will turn into a cube. Then you have to drag the cube through the door and go to the portal to enter the third trial.

Part 3

The third puzzle has some very simple steps which you have to complete so it is a very easy one. At first, you have to find a path to the left to move forward and search for the Ancient Magic pool.

Then once again smash the sigil through the portal to create it and transform to the right path. After doing that you have to turn around and again smash the sigil to move ahead to the left path.

Part 4

In the last trial, you have to finish as protagonists and you have to fight against an invisible enemy which will be tricky for you and you have to use two portals here.

At first search the Ancient Magic pool to start the trial. Then after encountering the Pensieve Protector, you have to hit the sigil to the right and rotate it and for finding a cube instead of a pillar you have to climb up the stairs and then you have to cast the spell Levioso to levitate it.

Then you have to jump on it and climb to the highest portal and hit the sigil and you have to jump to the other side quickly. Then you can collect some health portions from the next room but you have to fight against the Pensieve Guardian for that.
