To complete the achievement the task very simple you need to play the mission that has daemonic growths so you can take them down. There you need to take down three tentacles that leads to the growths. Doing so will spawn the Corrupter (big eye) to complete the mission you need to hit the eye with the grenade box. Once you throw the grenade to the eye this will complete the mission.
