The Scorn are created by exposing a Fallen’s body to Dark Ether, which corrupts them. Since most of them are directly raised from Fallen Corpses or otherwise die and are resurrected so many times after turning.
The Scorn looks much different and more dangerous than the House of Dusk Fallen seen through Destiny 2.
The Scorn is an undead Fallen faction of terrorists led by Uldren Sov and a group of Barons under the command of Fikruk, the fanatic, and is the story’s main antagonist in Destiny 2: Forsaken.
During the events of Forsaken, Scorn caused a jailbreak in the Prison of Elders located within The Reef. This caused the death of Cayde-6, who, along with the guardians, was dispatched to quell the uprising.

You should check the Bay of Drowned Wishes to take out Scorn enemies in Dreaming City for a bounty. It is beneficial for you to have someone help you find the Scorn. Dreaming City is close to the Divialian Mists, where the Guardians get spat out. Here you’ll find most of the Scorn.
Tangled Shore
If you want to eliminate the Scorn in the Tangled shore, you’re in luck. Go to the tangled shore to know what the Kinship Dock is. Orient yourself for thieves landing and going north.
