A Spark of Hope questline is one of the confusing quests in Destiny 2 because it has another quest within it along with lots of tasks that you need to complete to finish the quest and obtain the powerful weapons as a reward.

To start the A Spark of Hope quest first of all you need to complete the prologue for New Light. After completing it approaches The Tower where you can encounter lots of game vendors and there you can get the A Spark of Hope quest.

You can take A Spark of Hope quest from Commander Zavala or you can get the quest from the Quest Archive in the Tower. You need to approach the postmaster you can identify him as he has the flower icon and green symbol in middle.

How To Complete the A Spark of Hope Questline

Once you have the quest you need to interact with the Zavala, Ikora, and Devrim in the mentioned order. After that Devirm gives you a task that you need to complete, you will need to approach Trostland and clear out these three Lost Sectors ( Widow’s Walk, Atrium and Terminus East ) once

Mainly in these sectors, you need to take down all the enemies and open the chest once you open all three chests of these sectors you need to go back to the Tower and again interact with Devirm.

Risk/ Reward Quest

Now he will send you to complete the Risk/Reward quest, yes there is a second in A Spark of Hope questline that you need to complete in order to finish the questline.

To start the Risk/Reward quest you need to reach the Cosmodrome and the parameters of the quest are as follows.

1. Defeat 3 Dusk Captains

2. Find the locked gate

3. Solve the chasm jumping puzzle

To defeat the 3 Dusk Captions you need to reach the Divide and in order to defeat the Dusk captions firstly you need to defeat all the mob enemies and after that Dusk Caption will appear. Follow this until you defeat all three Dusk Captains.

Once you take down all three Captains the game will ask you to find the locked gate this is the second task in the risk/reward quest. To find the locked gate you need to go back from where you entered and then approach the south direction where you will find the locked door that leads to the weapons stash.

Three and last task that you need to complete the risk/reward quest is solving a jumping puzzle. But make sure to interact with the arc conductor at the end of the jump which allows you to get the rewards at the end of the quest.

After completing all three tasks of the Risk/Reward quest head back to The Tower and interact with the Zavala she will end the A Spark of Hope quest.

Weapon & Rewards of A Spark of Hope Quest

If you complete the A Spark of Hope Quest you will offer the three machine guns as a reward from which you need to pick one machine gun. Following are the name of these three machines guns Sunshot, Riskrunner, and Graviton Lance. Simply pick any one of the gun that you prefer to most to use in the upcoming quests.
