So, this feature will change the attack into a critical hit. Now, a critical hit will multiply the damage to twice or thrice. So, with the single against the roll, you can deal twice or thrice the amount of damage on enemies.
This feature can change the game results or even make it in your favour. But, for that, you have to attempt an attack roll. Now, the luck of the far realms has some limitations. You can not use this feature against all enemies. Otherwise, you will get bored after a while. So, developers have created a feature that limits the use of the buff.
You can only use Luck of the Far Realms in BG3 after a long rest. It isn’t about an hour or more. You have to visit the camp and take a full rest, to regain strength. Short rest won’t let you recover the luck of the far realms.
How to unlock Luck of the Far Realms in Baldur’s Gate 3?
You can unlock the luck of the far realms once you unlock the tier 2 Illithid powers. To unlock the tier 2 Illithid power, you have to find and consume the 5 nos of Illithid Parasites. Now, you have unlocked the Tier 2 Illithid powers.
But to gain access to the luck of the far realms, you have to find and consume the 6th Illithid power. The sixth tadpole can unlock the luck of the far realms in BG3.
You just have to consume the 6 tadpole, Illithid powers to have the luck of the far realms. BG3 luck of the far realms can help you to win the crucial match. Once you can successfully make an attack roll, you can choose the option of the luck of the far realms.
That will change the next attack in critical hit, so the enemy has to deal more damage with the single attack roll. But there is little cache, you can only activate the second attempt after a long rest. You have to visit the campsite and take a long rest to activate the luck of the far realms in bg3.
