Eye Chests are special chest items in Hogwarts legacy. They are different from other chests because they seem aware and cannot be accessed unless you can sneak up on them using the Disillusionment spell.
That can only be obtained by playing through the main quest missions and sneaking into the Restricted Part Of The Library.
Each Eyeball chest contains 500 gold, which makes them a quick and convenient way for players to get gold if they can find them.

Behind Hog’s Head
The first location you can visit to find an Eye Chest in Hogsmeade is behind Hog’s Head. You’ll find a ruined field that lies between Hog’s Head and Tomes and Scrolls.
Between J Pippins and The Magic Neep
While on your journey to collect all the available eye-chests, you can find another under the bridge between J Pippins and The Magic Neep.
North Town Cemetery
Only a few more to go if you head to the cemetery north of the town and head to the back corner behind the small crypt, there is Eye Chest.
The Brood and Peck
Go to the northern bridge and head southeast near The Brood and Peck. There’s another one of those shy little Eye Chests waiting for you.
East Of Honeydukes
If you’re still on your search for more Eye Chests, then head outside the town, East of Honeydukes. You must march past the southern house seen along the cliff edge and find the chest along the wall behind the house.
The Fenced Garden
If you head beyond the fenced garden, towards the southeast corner of the town, you will discover another Eye Chest.
J. P. Pippin’s and Madam Snelling’s
To gain another Eye Chest, you must head between Pippin’s potions and Madam Snelling’s Tress Emporium. You’ll find a house near the bridge and an Eye Chest behind the house.
The Magic Neep
If you go to the Magic Neep, there’s a house just southwest of there, and behind that house is another Eye Chest.
Gladrags Wizardwear
This one is a bit more straightforward. There are no turns or coordinates. Head into Gladrags Wizardwear, and you’ll find an Eye Chest waiting.
Dogweed And Deathcap
Another basic location. If you head into Dogweed and Deathcap and quickly scan the room, you’ll find another Eye Chest.
