When you spot the spikes, follow them till you see a ridge with the road which is bare.
Jump to the ridge, and you will find your Resonance Amp.
The screen will get really fuzzy during this, and the colors will distort. Also, you will hear music as you start getting closer to the Warmind node. Once you find the note, just hold down to interact with it till it vanishes and then claim an IKELOS weapon of your choice.
