Players can also compare this as a resemblance to the other NPC in the Elden ring that is Ranni who is also known to keep her eye closed but the main difference between this eye gesture of Renna and Melina is that they both keep the eye closed opposite to each other.
This is quite fascinating as this could lead us to another theory that establishes the relation between Milena and Renna, that they could be halves of each other.
This theory is not something that most of the players support as this theory is not supported by concrete determinations. So this is something that is not supported widely among other Elden rings.
