How To Reset Your Character Stats in Elden Ring
Yes, in Elden Ring players can reset their character stats whenever they prefer. But here’s the catch to this Elden ring won’t allow you to respec your character until you have defeated Rennala which is the Queen of the Full Moon, the shard-bearing boss in Raya Lucaria.
After defeating her you can respec your character by revisiting her in the library and gaining the respec chance such as Rebirth and Cosmetics.
In order to respec your Character in Elden Ring, you choose the Rebirth option or else you can choose the Cosmestics option in order to change the appearance of the Character such as Eye, Hair, Color etc.
But, In order to do so you need to give Larval Tear to the Rennala each time you choose to respec your character in the game.
What are larval tears and where to find it
As we mentioned resetting the character stats in Elden Ring is not easy. You need to defeat the Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon and then reload the area with Larval Tears to reset your stats. Here are some of the locations where you can find the Larval Tear in the Elden Ring.
First Location – The Village of the Albinaurics, which is located north of Stormveil Castle and southwest of the Liurnia in the Lakes region, is considered one of the best locations to obtain a Larval Tear.
Second Location – Near the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace, which is southeast of The First Step, is another well-known spot where players can obtain the Larval tear. But getting it is a little difficult.
Third Location – You may also find Liurnia Larval Tears in the area between Rose Church and Boilprawn Shack. After you beat one of the lobsters, it changes into a Grafted Scion and drops a Tear, which you can then retrieve.
Fourth Location – You can find the Caelid Larval Tears in the west of the Cathedral of Dragon Communion. You have to defeat the NPC over there and you wait after defeating it may turn into a troll, it will drop a tear now you have to collect it.
