The Elden Ring RPG game has a mysterious concept that defines the world. It is the source of Erdtree and its various interlocking runes.
The game’s main objective is 57 and 1 ⁄ 2 hours long. But if you want to see all aspects of the game, it will take you 133 hours to complete it. The last quest of the game is the Lord of Frenzied Flame.

Where to find the Three Finger Underneath Leyndell in Elden Ring?
For the quest, you first have to find the Leyndell Sewer you can get there either by a ladder which is hidden away in Leyndell before it turns into Ashen City, or you can get there through a hole in the ground once it becomes Ashen City.
Once you find the Subterranean Shunning Grounds Site of Grace, you must overcome Mohg, The Omen, who is guarding the gate for you to go forward in this quest. Mohg is tough to fight. If you manage to take Mohg down, that’s when the Site of Grace will appear.
Now attack the wall at the back of the room a chest will open, revealing a new path for you.
This is a tricky area. You have to go down, but there are no ladders. You will have to land on the coffins.
Once you safely land, the floor will fall through, revealing the Frenzied Flame Proscription door.
How To Open The Frenzied Flame Proscription Door in Elden Ring?
Once you land on the bottom of the shaft, there will be a strange riddle in front of you. If you are with Milena, you can chat with her at Grace. The hint for the riddle is that only wretches can pass through.
The Wretch is the starting Class with the least amount of experience and gear. You have to be naked to be able to pass through the door. Drop all your gear and unarm yourself completely, including your talisman.
What is the Ending of The Lord of Frenzied Flame in Elden Ring?
After you solve the riddle and enter the door, you will embrace the Three Fingers and have the frenzied flame within you. Milena will leave at this point in the quest. You can activate the Fractured Marika only after you beat Elden Beast, the Elden Ring Final Boss.
After you have acquired the Frenzied Flame, you can now activate the Frenzied Flame ending. Removing the Frenzied Flame is possible if you do not want this ending. But the other quest is longer than this one.
