Grand Lift of Dectus is a giant lift in the Elden Ring that take you into the Atlus Plateau. However to use the Grand Lift of Dectus you need to collect the two Halves of the Dectus Medallion that were found in different locations in the Elden Ring.

Where to find Left Dectus Medallion in Elden Ring?
To collect the Left Dectus Medallion you need to reach Fort Haight which was located at the Limgrave. You need to move forward in the northeast direction and at some point, you will see the Site of Grace make sure to activate it. After that you will see the flashing tree there you will get the Golden Seed to make sure to grab it. It will upgrade the level of your flasks in the game.
Once you arrive at Fort Haight you need to take the stairs and reach the top of the fort and top to reach the roof you need to use a wooden ladder. At the roof of the Fort you will find a chest inside the chest you get the Left Dectus Medallion.
Where to find Right Dectus Medallion in Elden Ring?
You find the Right Dectus Medallion on Fort Faroth it was located in the north direction of Caelid. This means both the Dectus Medallions are located in forts so you are looking for the second fort building to get the Right Dectus Medallion.
Once you reach Fort Faroth make your way to the top of the fort and make sure to avoid the enemies that try to stop you. At the top you need to use the wooden ladder to reach at the roof of the fort and there you will find a chest inside the chest you get the Right Dectus Medallion.
How To Activate Grand Lift of Dectus Location
Once you collect both the Left and Right Dectus Medallions you need to reach the Grand Lift of Dectus which is located at the top of the Elden Ring map. Once you reach the location you will get the option to join both the Right and Left Medallions together this will trigger the cutscene and life was activate and it take you to the Atlus Plateau
Alternative Way To Reach Atlus Plateau
In case if you don’t want to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus to reach the Altus Plateau. Then there is also an alternative way to reach Atlus Plateau. For this, you need to approach for Ravine-Veiled Village and defeat the Magma Wyrm Makar boss. After defeating the boss up the lift and you will reach to the Altus Plateau.
