However, it is recommended that you begin by using Pro Valorants Player Settings. Valorant Pro Settings 

Professional players on Noted valorant pro settings use a varied array of options, from High, Medium, and Low sensitivity. While all Noted valorant pro settings pro players may have used a higher setting, they have almost always tried to limit the settings they play with in order to get as much performance out of it as possible.

Almost all professional players’ graphics settings are usually also set at High or Medium to ensure that they receive high FPS, despite having high-end gaming setups.
