This event is ideal for capturing a Chespin, and if you do, you should be familiar with Chesnaught’s best moveset. Even if you’re not interested in this month’s Community Day Pokémon, there are a number of additional incentives to get you out there, such as double capture Candy and quarter hatch distance for Eggs deposited in Incubators during the event.
What does Chespin evolve into?
Chespin Spiny Nut Pokémon, evolves into Quilladin, a Spiny Armor Pokémon, which evolves into Chesnaught, another Spiny Armor Pokémon.
- Chespin: Its head quills are normally soft. When it bends them, the points harden and sharpen to the point of piercing rock.
- Quilladin: It relies on its tough shell to ward off predators. It defends itself with its spiky quills.
- Chesnaught: Its Tackle has the power to flip a 50-ton tank. It protects its comrades from harm using its own body.
Be advised, you’ll need a total of 125 Candy to finish this evolution path, 25 for Quilladin and the remaining 100 for Chesnaught.
